We were presented with the following primary issues for the PTGSC

• Improving efficiency of operations and ease-of-use for volunteers, staff, girls, and
• parents/guardians.
• Increasing retention rate for volunteers and girls.
• Reducing operating costs: transaction costs, printing, labor, and postage.

We understand that during this first phase of website enhancement you want to focus on the registration process for programs, camps, training, and special events. Due to the nature of these programs we are also including some of the components of content management, on-line calendar, on-line transactions, and electronic payment processing.
