Project scope included solution design consulting services, specifications, project plan, and test plan. Ashton provided consulting services to detail options and process for developing bulk e-mail solution for MTA. Sample web-based data entry screens were designed to demonstrate standard bulk e-mail functionality to meet the goals of this project.
