DPUC - Electric Choice Campaign website
DPUC's Consumer Education and Outreach Program sought to inform Connecticut consumers about the current status of electric restructuring. Based on consideration of the program's needs, goals and available resources, CERC developed a communications plan, outlined cost-effective tactics and leveraged partnership opportunities to get the message out to numerous audiences. CERC is currently partnered with Ashton Services to develop a consumer-friendly Web site model, meeting state and ADA requirements.
