Ashton Services is expanding our sales team in the Boston, Worcester, Springfield, and Central Connecticut markets.

Our ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a proven track record of success with:

  • Closing medium to large ticket sales
  • Prospecting into mid-large size companies
  • Hunting and selling to executive level decision makers
  • Closing on the first or second meeting
  • Being self motivated while working in a team environment

Our ideal candidates must have a proven track record of delivering results and should be driven to succeed in a commissioned sales environment. If you are wishy-washy or not confident that you can be successful in a commissioned sales environment, this is not the place for you. We want independent hunters who will prospect consistantly to uncover new opportunities, farm existing clients, close profitable business, and earn a six-figure income.

Candidates must have consultive sales experience in the technology or professional services industries.

The successful candidate will earn:

  • a base salary plus a commission based on specific results;
  • expense reimbursement;
  • health and dental coverage;
  • 15 days PTO per year;
  • holidays;
  • short and long term disability;
  • life insurance; and
  • a 401K plan.
