Ashton Services is expanding our sales team in the Boston, Worcester, Springfield, and Central Connecticut markets.
Our ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a proven track record of success with:
- Closing medium to large ticket sales
- Prospecting into mid-large size companies
- Hunting and selling to executive level decision makers
- Closing on the first or second meeting
- Being self motivated while working in a team environment
Our ideal candidates must have a proven track record of delivering results and should be driven to succeed in a commissioned sales environment. If you are wishy-washy or not confident that you can be successful in a commissioned sales environment, this is not the place for you. We want independent hunters who will prospect consistantly to uncover new opportunities, farm existing clients, close profitable business, and earn a six-figure income.
Candidates must have consultive sales experience in the technology or professional services industries.
The successful candidate will earn:
- a base salary plus a commission based on specific results;
- expense reimbursement;
- health and dental coverage;
- 15 days PTO per year;
- holidays;
- short and long term disability;
- life insurance; and
- a 401K plan.
